Role: Project Administrator

Hili Company is seeking to recruit a Project Administrator to form part of its real estate team in Malta.
The successful applicant will report to the Project Manager and their duties will include:
  • Assisting and supporting the Project Manager;
  • Liaising with stakeholders;
  • Assisting with control of the project schedule and achievement of deadlines;
  • Marketing and liaison with clients;
  • Assisting with reporting and preparation of presentations as required;
  • Site office management and upkeep;
  • Organising, attending and minuting of stakeholder meetings;
  • Providing administrative support;
  • Setting up and maintaining of cloud storage for the project;
  • Handling queries;
  • Liaison and assistance with head office and other group companies;
  • Contract administration of contractors under the Project Manager’s direction;
  • Assisting with project documentation and QAQC;
  • Assisting the Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer with budgeting, reporting and payments.
