Hili Company, through its real estate division Hili Twenty Two, has completed the acquisition of Strickland House in the heart of Malta’s capital city, Valletta.
Hili Company plans to redevelop the existing building into Valletta’s only luxury residential complex, comprising high-end apartments, with concierge service and car parking facilities.
Located at the highest point of Malta’s capital city, just opposite Auberge de Castille, it is widely considered to be one of Malta’s finest buildings. This will be a unique project – the only new build of its quality and scale in Valletta, an officially recognised UNESCO world heritage site. The property, which is within walking distance of all Valletta’s main attractions, overlooks both the Upper Barrakka Gardens and the Grand Harbour.
