Hili Company's container terminal in Latvia, Baltic Container Terminal, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Merchants. Cargo will be discharged at BCT and then transported to Belarus via road/rail.

Hili Company, through its shipping and logistics division Mariner Shipping, have acquired Arrow Express Ltd.
