Mariner Finance p.l.c announces bond issue

Mariner Finance p.l.c announces the issue of €44 million in unsecured bonds, with a coupon of 5% redeemable in 2032. The bonds have a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par. More information is available from the prospectus dated 21 November, 2022, which is available for download on https://mfplc.com.mt/bond-issue-eur44000000-5-unsecured-bonds-2032.
