Hili Company deploys additional reach stackers

Hili Company’s container terminal in Italy, Terminal Intermodale Venezia, has taken delivery of two additional reach stackers for full-container handling.

The new reach stackers feature ECOLIFTING technology, helping to reduce CO₂ emissions, fuel consumption, and noise levels. They are also equipped with a 360° camera with pedestrian detection, enhancing safety during terminal operations.

The addition of these machines further strengthens Terminal Intermodale Venezia’s operational capabilities, enabling the terminal to provide a more efficient, sustainable, and safer service to its customers.

Acquisition of Pharma Logistics Company

Hili Company’s services and logistics pillar, Mariner Services has acquired a 65% shareholding in Arias Pharma Logistics, based in Lithuania.

Arias Pharma Logistics specialises in pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics, providing time-critical freight forwarding, temperature-controlled transportation, warehousing and GDP-compliant logistics solutions for sensitive pharmaceutical products.

The acquisition strengthens Mariner’s international logistics network and adds dedicated pharma logistics capabilities in the Baltic region, complementing our operations across Malta, Albania and our wider Mediterranean and European network.
